Independence Motor Speedway

The Challenge: As a track primarily operated by a Fair Board of volunteers, Independence Motor Speedway needed a marketing partner to assist in the promotion of their venue and events to fans, teams, and sponsors alike.

The Solution: A complete program was developed from the ground up, including a new website featuring many interactive areas, promotional literature for sponsorship procurement, media guide design and production for fans, and exciting event coordination to keep fans coming back week after week.

 

Frankland Racing Supply

The Challenge: As a leading supplier of rear ends in the dirt late model market, Frankland was seeking a cost effective way to break into the dirt modified market, while utilizing their already loyal customer base.

The Solution: A complete referral program was developed to garner referrals from current customers. The program included numerous pieces for tracking, rewarding, and continued awareness activities.

 

Swiss Valley Farms

The Challenge: Swiss Valley Farms, sponsor of the 4B dirt late model team, required a solution to slumping sales of their products in certain stores in Northern Iowa.

The Solution: To get the attention of fans, eCreative Group sent in a team to activate fans in conjunction with the 4B schedule where growth was necessary. The promotion began with attention getting activities and ended with distribution of products in the stands and the pits. Sales grew over 300% in the area with the effort.

 

Brian Harris Racing

The Challenge: As a successful team located in the Northern Midwest, Brian Harris Racing required two things to allow them to grow into a regionally competitive team. A professional online presence and a sponsorship kit that allowed them to procure sponsorship at a higher level.
