Contact: Mike McGill For Immediate Release eCreative Group Recognized at MAC ADDY Awards Banquet INDEPENDENCE, IOWA ~ Tuesday, February 28, 2006 ~ Local marketing and advertising agency, eCreative Group, received three MAC ADDY Awards at the MAC banquet held at the Cedar Falls Holiday Inn on February 28th. eCreative Group received a Silver ADDY for B-to-B Interactive Media, HTML/Other for their site designed for Authentic Pine Floors out of Locust Grove, Georgia. They also received a Silver ADDY for their logo development for Team Spoke Easy out of Chicago, IL. Their third and most distinguished award was for Best of Show. eCreative Group received the Judges’ Citation Gold ADDY for Best Interactive for their website design for Third Coast Surf Shop out of New Buffalo, Michigan. “We were excited to be rewarded for our hard work and dedication to the marketing industry and our clients” stated eCreative Group president Brian Lillie. “It was especially nice to receive honors in not only website development, but for logo and identity development as well.” With receiving the Gold ADDY for their design of Third Coast Surf Shop’s website, eCreative Group will enter the website at the District competition where it will be judged against websites built by agency’s from across the Midwest. Lillie said, “If we win at the District level, then it’s off to judging at the National level, where the website design will be judged with other websites from around the United States.” MAC (Marketing, Advertising and Communication) is an organization
comprised of business people involved in the planning, implementation,
management and administration of advertising, marketing, sales,
public relations and communications. Each year, MAC hosts the ADDY’s
to recognize area agency’s for their work on various marketing
and advertising campaigns. “This was our first year to submit
entries to be judged and it was an honor to not only participate,
but to also receive several ADDY’s in-front of our peers”,
